Marketing Coordinator (UK/EU Office)

Bridal Collective have an exciting opportunity in their UK/EU Marketing department based in their head office in Swansea, South Wales. The Marketing Team are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a passion for Social & Digital to join the team. The Marketing Coordinator (MC) position is mainly focused on branding and advertising, the function of the role is to serve as junior level support to the Global Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive. General purpose of the MC function will be to facilitate the principal marketing department projects and activities as related to all divisions of the company.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

50% - Coordinate Company marketing campaigns and social media including but not limited to: Research and generate content for global website and social media. Social media marketing, email blasts, promotions, press kits, retailer kits, advertising campaigns. 

20% - Provide support on all marketing sponsored events and projects in accordance with the annual marketing calendar, national bridal tradeshows, annual fashion event, annual sales trainings, retailer tools and sales tools. 

20% - Assist with company retailer programmes, brand ambassador and sales kit. Website maintenance and ensure online directories are kept up to date.

10% - Supporting the Marketing Manager and marketing team in day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc administration as and when directed. Provide general marketing support to Account Executives and internal departments.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong background in marketing and customer service
  • Strong project management & organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage normal to high volume of work under extremely tight deadlines
  • Must be an energetic, innovative thinker able to contribute to the creative direction of the company.
  • Good attention to detail & accuracy with a dedication to company integrity and quality
  • Must be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced working with and maintaining business social media accounts.
  • Must be highly team oriented while possessing an ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and use independent judgment where appropriate.
  • Must be able to quickly understand and respond to the high level and specific needs of the Marketing Manager and other internal or external customers, as well as possess a fundamental understanding of company market positioning & brand management
  • Must be able to effectively aid in the production of successful company events, projects, meeting planning, and mass communications with the major goal of branding company label(s)
  • Available to travel internationally as and when required.
  • Multilanguage – Any European Language, specifically Spanish, French or German is preferred but not required
  • Some knowledge of graphic design programs (adobe creative - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred but not required.
